Linda was terrific to work with. We knew exactly the property we wanted and she went right to work for us. She moved her schedule to accommodate us. She helped negotiate the price we wanted to pay and we settled in less than 30 days. Linda also took care of selling our first Ocean City condo. She took care of all the details since we live out of the area. She sold it in a week - and we closed within a month. We have bought and sold many homes over the years - Linda is simply an excellent Realtor. Awesome experience.

We contacted Linda via email initially as she was the listing agent for a shore property, and we were in another state. Linda contacted us immediately and clarified all information at the state/local level regarding fees and buyer/seller responsibilities, what was/was not covered by the property management company, what was/was not handled by the condo association. She did this before she ever met us, or knew that we would actually become clients. She was extremely professional and helpful. As it turned out, we did buy the property through Linda. The inspection process, mortgage broker, preparation for settlement, and day of settlement were flawless, due to Linda's recommendations and referrals. She followed up on everything, and made the process of purchasing an out-of-state residence very stress-free. She is a fabulous real estate agent, and she and her team were wonderful to work with. Linda Moran and her team are incredible. Not only do they know the local area and what it has to offer, they are also intuitive. I thought I wanted a condo, but Linda wanted me to see a variety of homes and in the end she found a ranch and a community that are perfect for me. I have returned to Linda time and again for recommendations on home services. Her dedication does not end at settlement. Recently while I was on travel, she alerted me to an urgent issue at my home and helped me to resolve the problem and to prepare for storm conditions.
